Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Wilscove.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including security.
• Wilscove may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspicious activity.

Purchases & Payments

Orders

• You confirm your payment details are valid and accurate.
• Orders may be canceled due to:
  • Pricing mistakes
  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability
• Shipping fees may vary for deliveries outside Spain.

Subscriptions

• Billed monthly or annually; auto-renews unless canceled.
• Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

Refunds

Eligible for:

• Undelivered orders (international: 60 days; Spain: 45 days)
• Damaged or incorrect items (proof required)

Non-refundable:

• Delivered orders (tracking confirms delivery)
• Subscription fees (except as legally required)

Product Listings & Pricing

• Prices and product availability may change without notice.
• Wilscove is not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Wilscove to:

• Break laws or infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, discriminate, or distribute malware
• Scrape data or spam
• Bypass security measures

Violations may result in account termination.

Third-Party Services

• We use Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors.
• External links are not under our control; review their policies before use.

Limitation of Liability

Wilscove is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party actions

Maximum liability: fees paid in the last 6 months.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governed by Spanish law.
• Disputes resolved via negotiation first, then arbitration if needed.

Changes to Terms

• Material changes will be notified with at least 30 days' notice.
• Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
